When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in Las Vegas. The team ships Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

We usually ship with USPS, unless packages weigh more than 2 pounds, we will ship with FedEx. 

What if my package is delayed during shipping?

Sometimes packages are shipped promptly, but experience carrier delays. We use the USPS to ship the vast majority of our packages and they are currently experiencing delays due to a high volume of ecommerce packages. While we have tried to provide a buffer for any USPS delays with our shipping deadlines, occasionally packages are delayed outside of our control. For packages that appear lost in transit, our policy is that if a package has not been delivered or shown movement within 10 days of the last USPS scan activity, we will issue a replacement or store credit. We have found that almost all delayed packages are delivered or show movement within that time frame.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be obsessed with your Good Doggo purchase and we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If for any reason, our product doesn't meet your expectations, or you need to exchange for a different size/color, please contact us so we can make it right.

To initiate a return, please email us at hellogooddoggoshop@gmail.com. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.

We allow a full refund up to 30 days of original ship date to the original form of payment. Please note, we will deduct the return shipping fee from the refund amount. 

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

If your item doesn't meet the requirements for an eligible return, we will not be able to return the item to you and you will not receive a refund. 

How do I exchange an item?

Our system currently does not allow exchanges. You are more than welcome to return your item and repurchase the new item. Please refer to the return guidelines for more information.

How do I care for my Good Doggo bandanas?

We recommend washing your bandanas in the washing machine on a gentle cycle in cold water and air drying.

Where do you ship?
